A sinter plate filter is made from sintered polyethylene (plastic) or sometimes metal. Sintered means tiny particles are heated and fused together, thus creates a rigid, porous structure.
Key Charactyeristics:
+ Rigid, flat or slightly curved plates (not flexible)
+ Very uniform pore size
+ Dust stays mostly on the surface (surface filtration)
+ Very durable and washable –> up to 10 years possible
PE + PTFE Type Sinter Plate

Sinter Plate With PTFE Coating: The base body (rigid) is sintered plate with hydrophobic PTFE coating which is securely embedded in the base body. Sintered Filter Media Panels filter technology bases on pure surface filtration. It sustainably protects man and machine from harmful production emissions and enables absolutely sort- and contamination-free material recovery. This increases the productivity greatly. Sintered PE Surface filter elements have proven themselves for decades in effective and safe particle separation in almost all areas of industry

Surface filtration
The sinter plate filter uses a PTFE layer on a PE base, so it can filter dust directly without needing a dust layer to build up first. This means the efficiency stays stable even when pulse cleaning occurs. This type of filtration is called surface filtration.
Sinter Filter Advantages:
• Long lifetime of up to 10 years
• Lower maintenance costs thanks to durable filters
• Stable airflow due to consistent pressure drop
• Very low emissions (< 1.0 mg/m³)
• Filter can be washed, reused, and refurbished
• Can be installed horizontally or vertically
Antistatic Type Sinter Plate

PE / PE + PTFE Type Sinter Plate with Antistatic: The base body (rigid) is sintered plate (PE) that is specially designed to prevent static electricity buildup during operation. In antistatic filters, this charge is safely dissipated. The material contains conductive additives (usually carbon-based) that prevents charge accumulation. It can also be combioned with PTFE coating for better performance. It is same structure with PE sinterplate that is added with electrical property. Antistatic PE + PTFE layer sinterplate creates a very smooth and non stick surface that seals micro pores from the top layer. The result is dust can not penetrate and the filtration process happen 100% at the surface layer.
